Join us for some fresh air and exercise during this outdoor yoga mini-class and nature walk led by Cathy Frank. We begin with 30 minutes of yoga, standing poses only (no mat needed) that help stretch and strengthen the body for walking. The yoga is light-hearted and suitable for any level of experience, including brand new beginners! The nature walk will be at a steady and comfortable pace, focusing on the sights and sounds around us. We will meet at the Pavilion outside the Nature Center. Cathy Frank has been a certified yoga teacher for over 15 years and a nature lover for far longer.
