Keep your body and mind healthy by joining this yoga class designed to improve overall strength, flexibility, joint mobility, and balance. We begin seated in a chair for some opening exercises and then move to standing poses for the majority of class, finishing with a short seated guided meditation. Please bring your own non-slip mat. All levels welcome! Classes are taught by Cathy Frank, Friends Outreach Director and certified yoga instructor.
By donation, suggested $5 paid by ticket in advance or rsvp and pay cash at the door.
Class size limited, and registration in advance required. Please bring signed release form, or come 5 minutes early to fill one out onsite.
