First Saturday Wellness Walk- Island Trail Roebling Park

We’ll be looking for winter waterfowl  on this walk around Spring Lake in Roebling Park. Meet in the parking lot off of Sewell Ave in Hamilton.

Join us on the First Saturday of each month to experience the health and wellness benefits of a walk in the outdoors. Program is free, but registration is required. Register below!

Each month will explore a different part of the rich and diverse natural area known as the Abbott Marshlands. All walks are from 10 am to noon.  In case of inclement weather, check the marsh website; any cancellations will be listed before 9 am on the day of the event. A light drizzle or snow will not cancel.
