Join us in January for a walk through the forest of the Bordentown Bluffs. The combination of healthy forest and expansive views of the marsh is hard to beat – even on a grey winter day.
Note: Due to Covid 19, registration is required and will be limited to 15 participants. Program is free but registration is required. Masks and social distancing also required. Register here.
We’ll meet at the D&R Canal State Park trailhead on Stanton Ave. off Route 206. Stanton Ave. is the first right turn off Southbound 206 after the Pointe Breeze apartments. If you reach Park Avenue into Bordentown you have gone too far. GPS devices often get this address wrong so here’s the coordinates: 40.161389, -74.702833
Join us on the First Saturday of each month to experience the health and wellness benefits of a walk in the outdoors. Each First Saturday Walk will explore a different part of the rich and diverse natural area known as the Abbott Marshlands. All walks are from 10 am to noon. In case of inclement weather, check the marsh website; any cancellations will be listed before 9 am on the day of the event. A light drizzle will not cancel.
