Joseph Bonaparte Exhibit

May 1, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Bordentown Historical Society is excited to announce the official reopening of our newly refurbished Meeting House and the official Grand Opening of our exciting Exhibit about Joseph Bonaparte, ex-King of Naples and Spain, Sunday, May 1, from 11am to 5pm.

We are also pleased and honored that author Patricia Tyson Stroud will be joining us for a book signing. She is about to release the updated paperback edition of her biography “The Man Who Had Been King – The American exile of Napoleon’s brother, Joseph.” A truly comprehensive and engaging history of Joseph Bonaparte’s time in America, especially Bordentown.

The exhibit has incredible original furniture, paintings, and artifacts that Joseph actually used at his Point Breeze estate! We know that you will find this a fascinating experience and we hope to see you there.

Program is sponsored by the Bordentown Historical Society. For additional information please visit: https://bordentownhistory.org/
