Come out for these free\, relaxed walks on Abbott Marshlands trails that are all about community and enjoying nature. They are at different times of the day and week to better match busy schedules. Come out with us for the different views\, plants and animals each trail brings. The walks are led by Abbott Marshlands Ambassadors\, volunteers that have spend time on the trails and want to share their love of the marsh with you! \nThis Abbott Amblers Community Walk  is on Bordentown Bluffs on Stanton Ave (off Rt 206 South) in Bordentown\, NJ . This trail is mostly flat with a moderate incline to get to the bluffs.  More details here! \nRegistration is strongly recommended so we can let you know in case of a cancellation\, if you do not register please check the website 1 hour before the start of the walk to be sure it is still happening.

Look for the big orange tent set up by the parking lot/picnic area with free family activities\, ice snacks and cookies\, and lots of opportunities to learn more about what you can do in Roebling Park and the nature center. We will also take folks out to see the Beaver Dam and talk a little more about the trails. We would love to hear your ideas on how we can improve on being a community neighbor as well! Just come on out anytime between 10 am and 1  pm\, have a sweet treat\, and hang out a little while with us. (Weather permitting\, check website day of event in case of rain!)

We begin seated in a chair  for some opening exercises and then move to standing poses for the majority of class\, finishing with a short seated guided meditation. Please bring your own non-slip mat.
