SUMMARY:Spring Lake Warbler Photo Walk
DESCRIPTION:Join our upcoming Spring Lake Warbler Photo Walk! \n Date: May 9\n Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM\n Location: Spring Lake \nSpring migration is in full swing\, and we should have a great chance to see (and photograph) a variety of warblers and other songbirds in the soft morning light. \nThere are also currently Canada goose goslings at the lake\, which can offer some great behavioral and family interaction shots. \nThis is also a great opportunity to capture any last-minute images for the Voices for the Marsh contest\, with the submission deadline coming up on May 10. \nA few quick notes: \n\nPlease arrive 10–15 minutes early\nBring a telephoto lens (300mm+ recommended) if you have one\nDon’t forget extra batteries\, memory cards\, and water\nDress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes\n\nWe’ll keep things relaxed and adaptable depending on bird activity\, with opportunities to talk technique\, composition\, and field approach along the way.
