Enjoy a Gentle Yoga and Meditation class 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month led by accredited teacher Cathy Frank.
Join us for a gentle, accessible yoga class that ends in a guided meditation practice to bring about a more healthy, relaxed state of body and mind. Both the yoga class and meditation can be done on a mat or with a chair. Please bring a non-slip yoga mat either way. Also, bring a blanket or cushion to sit on and any props you like to use. Any level welcome, ages 12 and up.
Cost: $5, class size is limited. Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up so class can start promptly! Prior to their first class, everyone will need to fill out a Yoga Release Form. No refunds possible for cancellations once registered, class credit only.
