First Saturday Wellness Walk – Point Breeze

Join us for a winter walk on the beautiful grounds of Point Breeze. (formerly Divine Word Missionaries). Program is free but registration is required. Note:. Registration opens on Jan 15, 2023. Register here!

Each First Saturday of the Month, the Friends host a walk to explore a different part of the rich and diverse natural area known as the Abbott Marshlands. All walks are from 10 am to noon. In case of inclement weather, check the marsh website; any cancellations will be listed before 9 am on the day of the event. A light drizzle will not cancel. This months walk is co-sponsored by the RWJ Fitness and Wellness Center and the D&R Canal State Park.

Please note: By participating in this event, you are giving the Friends for Abbott Marshlands, its representatives and staff, permission to record or take photographs of you during the event. Photographs may be used for educational or marketing purposes, in print or electronically. If you register and find you cannot attend, please remember to cancel your ticket as many of our events are waitlisted.
