Remember:
- Dress warmly, as temperatures can drop significantly at night.
- Bring a blanket or lawn chair for comfortable stargazing.
- Download a stargazing app to identify constellations on your own.
- Most importantly, come with an open mind and a sense of wonder, ready to be amazed by the universe’s magnificence.
- Bring a snack if needed.

More Megha and Devansh:
Megha Rajoria and Devansh Agarwal, Ph. D., have a long love and interest in the cosmos. Each went very different paths to follow their passion.
Megha went a more indirect path with a Bachelor’s in physics and Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis on Science Journalism. She took these skill sets and embarked on Citizen Science in the field of Astronomy and used her Journalism skills to tell the stories that scientists often can’t convey to the public. She has conducted research in the fields of archeoastronomy and positional astronomy. She has been a regular news and journalist personality in the field of astronomy. She has 6 publications and has presented over 50 presentations across the globe. She gives back by teaching the vision impaired about her passion, astronomy.
Devansh took a more typical scientific route to follow his passion. He acquired his doctorate in Physics and Astrophysics from West Virginia University. He is an expert in the field of radio astronomy where he looks at Fast Radio Bursts. He was trained under the world’s leading Astrophysicist in Radio Astronomy and Devansh made a few breakthroughs during his Doctoral Studies leading to 16 publications during his career.
