Stand Tall Yoga
Tulpehaking Nature Center 157 Westcott Ave., Hamilton, NJ, United StatesKeep your body and mind healthy by joining this yoga class designed to improve overall strength, flexibility, joint mobility, and balance. We begin seated in a chair  for some opening exercises and then move to standing poses for the majority of class, finishing with a short seated guided meditation. Please bring your own non-slip mat. All levels welcome! Classes are taught by Cathy Frank, Friends Outreach Director and certified yoga instructor. Free for Friends for the Abbott Marshlands members,  $5 for all others.
