The Friends for the Abbott Marshlands is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our organization. We strive to ensure that everyone has access to the Abbott Marshlands, regardless of factors such as age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. We believe that all individuals have the right to feel safe and respected in the community, and we work hard to ensure our programs and resources can be enjoyed equally by everyone. Our community is composed of individuals with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and embracing these differences is essential to building a stronger community and ultimately enhancing access to, understanding of, and protection of the Abbott Marshlands.

We reject all forms of discrimination, harassment, and intolerance, and we are dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for all members of our community. Creating a diverse and inclusive organization is an ongoing process, and we are committed to continuously evaluating and improving our efforts.
