September 20th. ‘The Abbott Marshlands – More than Meets the Eye’ exhibit opened at The Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie in Cadwalader Park to acclaim. In a nutshell, it features the 7th Voices for the Abbott Marshlands photographs, art in other media, as well as artifacts from the Abbott Farm National Historic Landmark and natural history panels. The artifacts were loaned by the NJ State Museum and panels, designed by Kelly Rypkema, provided by Mercer County Parks. The Voices show was juried by Aubrey Kauffman and Jeff Worth; the exhibit curator was Jack Koeppel.
Photography show awards were sponsored by Princeton Photography Club, Sierra Club – Central Jersey group, and Washington Crossing Audubon Society, as well as Friends for the Abbott Marshlands. Awards went to:

Best in Flora – Fern – Charles Plohn
Best in Habitats – Sunset at Spring Lake – Terry Donofrio
Best in Wildlife – Caterpillar Camouflage – Jacqui Bonavito
Best in People Connecting with Nature – Kayaking – Ann Darlington

The exhibit is at Ellarslie until Nov. 16, 2014. Photographs may then be seen at the Tulpahaking Nature Center from Nov. 20 – April 1.
