The Friends for the Abbott Marshlands appreciates its fantastic volunteers! Whether you are interested in learning more about volunteering in the Abbott Marshlands, or have been a part of our efforts for years, come in out of the cold to celebrate community and learn about the exciting plans for 2026 on Saturday, January 24 from 10am to 12pm at the Tulpehaking Nature Center.
We will present plans for new volunteer roles and trainings for 2026 and give an opportunity for feedback and ideas from volunteers as well. Together, we can get even better at our mission to preserve, protect and promote the Abbott Marshlands!
Come for however long you can! We will provide some warm winter drinks (hot chocolate, anyone?) and refreshments, and even throw in a couple rounds of Bird Bingo 🙂
